Jack Jaffa & Associates is pleased to announce the creation of a new service that will enable owners/managers to obtain information on any new complaint and violation issued by DOB/ECB/HPD.
In continuing with the Jack Jaffa & Associates’ mission, this service will provide an innovative solution to streamline the arduous task of managing, organizing and eliminating violations and avoid unnecessary ECB and ERP charges. |

| Subscribers to the Alert® system will benefit from our expertise, as we: |
| • Monitor the NYC Department of Buildings/ECB and HPD websites and alert the client via e-mail regarding any new complaint and violation that is uploaded to the DOB/ECB or HPD web databases. |
|
| • Provide a work order as a .pdf attachment to the New Violation email. |
|
• Notify the client via an e-mail reminder prior to the Certification date, if the violations are still open on NYC HPD records, and prior to the hearing date,
if the violations are still open on NYC ECB records. |
|
| • Advise the client via email when a violation has been successfully removed from the NYC HPD web database. |
|
| • Alert the client when the open NYC HPD violations exceed the ratio of 2 violations per unit. |
|
• Hand deliver any certification documentation directly to NYC HPD office, provided that said documents are received in our office three (3) business days
prior to the certification date. |

| • Display, using graphic bar and pie charts, the current status of all your complaints, violations and scheduled hearings – accessible on our website 24/7. |

| Ability to easily track and monitor all your violations, with features such as: |
|
 Adding notes to any complaint or violation |
|
| Uploading files to our site to store related documentation |
|
| Listing your “Top Ten” tenants |
|
| Listings of any money owed to the NYC ECB |

| Forecast of Scheduled Hearings/Certification |
