Jack Jaffa & Associates is pleased to announce the creation of a new service that will enable Owners/Managers to obtain information on any new complaint and violation issued by DOB/ECB/HPD violations.
In continuing with the Jack Jaffa & Associates mission, this service will provide an innovative solution to streamline the arduous task of managing, organizing and eliminating violations and avoid unnecessary ECB and ERP charges.
Clients of this service will enjoy the features via our customized program:
We will monitor the NYC Department of Buildings/ECB website and alert the Client via email regarding any new complaint and violation that is uploaded to the NYC web database.
We will monitor the NYC HPD website and alert the Client via email regarding any new complaint and violation that is uploaded to the NYC HPD web database.
We will provide a work order as a .pdf attachment to the New Violation email.
We will notify the Client via an email reminder prior to the Certification date, if the violations are still open on NYC HPD records.
We will notify the Client via an email reminder prior to the Hearing date, if the violations is still open on NYC ECB records.
We will advise the Client via email when a violation has been successfully removed from the NYC HPD web database.
We will alert the Client when the open NYC HPD violations exceed the ratio of 2 violations per unit.
We will hand deliver any certification documentation directly to HPD office, provided that said documents are received in our office three (3) business days prior to the certification date.
