LOCAL NEW YORK CITY BUSINESS BRINGS SAFETY, FUN AND COMMUNITY TO BROOKLYN

Festivities were in the air at Spring Creek Towers in Eastern Brooklyn this past Sunday August 4th. Children and their families gathered on the basketball courts outside the Brooklyn Sports Club on Van Siclen Avenue for the JaffaCares Safety Sunday. There were hundreds of bicycle helmets and over a thousand stove knob safety covers available for residents to collect free of charge.

In addition to the giveaways, the NYPD was there registering bikes, and the FDNY had a booth to distribute safety information. A fire truck made an appearance for the children to meet the firemen and to take photos with them and their truck.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content” equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle” css=”.vc_custom_1565062856369{margin-bottom: 0px !important;padding-right: 30px !important;padding-left: 30px !important;background-color: #470000 !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]
