Here&#8217;s what you need to know about benchmarking reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Property owners of buildings that appear on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/assets\/buildings\/pdf\/benchmarking_cbl_compliance_2023.pdf\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/assets\/buildings\/pdf\/benchmarking_cbl_compliance_2023.pdf&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1682018646190000&amp;usg=AOvVaw09br5b4wgpfTr4DcLuIDM7\">covered buildings list<\/a>\u00a0for LL84 must submit annual benchmarking reports by May 1 of each year.
